Verify a resident ID

Confirm that a CBMS ID card is genuine and currently valid. Enter the ID number printed on the card, or scan its QR code.

Format: CBMS-YYYY-NNNNNN (printed at the bottom of the card)
For privacy, verification shows only whether the ID is valid plus a masked name and barangay — never the cardholder's full personal details.
